Sandi Neely

Sandi Neely is a Recovery Manager with over 25 years experience handling subrogation cases in all lines of Insurance. Sandi was instrumental in developing and managing one of the first dedicated Recovery Units in the Industry and discovered her niche. He has managed a Disaster Recovery plan and contributed to Business Continuity Plans.

Donna F. Soltes CIP, CLU, CHF.C., CHS

Donna is the President of The Pro Group and a graduate of the Mohawk College Of Applied Arts insurance administration program. Her credentials include: CIP - Chartered Insurance Professional, CLU - Chartered Life Underwriter; CH.F.C. - Chartered Financial Consultant; CHS - Certified Health Insurance Specialist. As a volunteer on many Insurance boards she has had a various amount of public speaking engagements, has taught night school courses and has participated in countless charitable events always giving back and sharing her knowledge with others.

Willie Handler

Willie Handler has spent 33 years in various positions in the Ontario public service. During that time, Mr. Handler worked for 20 years on auto insurance regulatory policy for the Ontario government including 4 major reforms of the Ontario auto insurance system. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Handler worked on designing the no-fault accident benefits schedule that was introduced in 1994 under Bill 164 by NDP government and was the policy lead when the Ontario auto insurance system was reviewed form 1995 to 1996. Willie continues to offer his expertise today as a private consultant.
